KEMFLOOR CSL is a ready – mixed , Pre-blended mix of Portland cement & special additives, high performance specially formulated, high strength polymer modified ementitious underlayment with no shot blasting or sacrificing required. KEMFLOOR CSL was developed to resurface, level and repair indoor surfaces prior to subsequent toppings.
