KEMREPAIR EP is a high strength mortar based on a balanced blend of epoxy binder with specially graded clean silica fillers which have been specifically selected to provide the optimum level of adhesion, abrasion,impact and chemical resistance. KEMREPAIR EP is fast curing allowing repairs to be carried out on any concrete surface with the minimum disruption to services.

KemRepair F

KEMREPAIR F is a high strength ,non-shrink , single component patching cementitious mortar especially designed for repairing of vertical and horizontal surfaces of concrete and masonry, fortified with special alkali resistant fiber, that improve appreciably the impact, flexural & tensile strength.

KemRepair FC

KEMREPAIR FC is a cement-base, single- component, polymer modified silica fume containing, moisture resistant, and surface applied mortar for horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. It can be fortified with alkali-resistant glass fibers and properly structured with non-metallic aggregates selected for hardness and strength produce a mortar with excellent compressive, tensile and flexural strengths. It can be used up to 5 mm thick. KEMREPAIR FC fairing Coat is also used as a leveling mortar prior to the application of protective coatings and paints.

KemRepair L

KEMREPAIR L is a light weight polymer modified cementitious mortar. The mix design includes special shrinkage compensating components plus powerful plasticizing agents that produce a workable mortar at low water content. The mix design produces a medium density high build polymer modified cementitious concrete repair system developing compressive strengths. KEMREPAIR L is specially designed to be used for overhead and vertical applications where high build replacement with conventional concrete is impractical.

KemRepair VC

It is a shrinkage compensating, non-sag, fast setting, cement-base, with calcium sulpho aluminate cement, O.P.C. and rheology adjusters producing a mortar with enhanced workability, mechanical performance,non-drying shrinkage cracks and waterproofing.

PCI-1010

PCI-1010 is a single-component,clear liquid with a mild odor. PCI-1010 is a surface- applied corrosion inhibitor im-pregnation designed to migrate through even the densest concrete structures. Through vapor pressure and capillary action it seeks out the steel rebars embedded in concrete . PCI- 1010 also protects non-ferrous metals as aluminum and galvanized steel.
