Kemlatex SBR is a styrene-butadiene resin which imparts beneficial property improvements to cementitious mixes. After appropriate dilution with water , the resultant liquid may be used to gauge the cementitious mix to the desired consistency.A reduced water : cement ratio leads to superior mechanical properties and resistance to moisture ingress. Its also increases water resistance, wear resistance , chemical resistance, flexural and tensile strength. it’s complying with ASTM C 1059Type II,C882,D2834,E313, ANSI A108.02
