 It is a mixture of water- soluble solvents , surface-active agents and suitable acids designed to remove etch( cement paste from concrete) surfaces and pores .It is also -aids in dislodging traces of oil,grease or fats . It removes efflorescence salts from concrete , plaster , brick and stones.
